Centro-8M keeps turning off

Hi I've had my centro 8M running for about a year now. However it keeps turning itself off. Unpluging the usb from the controller and replugging it in doesn't seem to help. I physically have to unplug from the mains and re plug it in to get it working again.

Any advice would be helpful. Thanks.

It sounds like an issue with the power supply, or the mains socket, if unplugging the USB power connection & reconnecting does nothing, until you disconnect the power supply from the mains.

Thanks for reply, i have sourced a new cable and usb plug and everything seems good again.
