After making some changes to a project today on my desktop, I then had to transfer to my laptop and will now need to USB stick it over to the clients PC. Cloud based project storage is something I would pay for!

You can use FTP sites if your clients can update the iDevices themselves. Maybe something along the lines of the following link to keep things 'local' and free....
