4 TV rooms, 7 Zone audio Project

This project is still work in progress but thought I would post it for feedback and comments.
The project consists of :-
Nuvo concerto - 7 audio zones (one being sitting room via AV receiver), music port, ipod dock, and blu ray for CD's DVD's etc
CYP 8x8 matrix - 4 TV rooms, sitting room, Bedroom, Kitchen, Attic / Office

Oppo Blu Ray
Marantz AV receiver for sitting room
Control is via a Centro-8, 3 RS232 and 8 IR controls
I have left feedback and house flags on so I can debug and check logic etc
