Use a generic device with port 8080, with the default command suffix of \x0D\x0A.
Change IP as required and change pairing request to own to TV pairing code.
LG_IP_Commands.dc1
Hope this helps...
Cheers
Andy

Hi Andy, how do you pair demopad to the tv? I can't seem to find the 6 digit pairing code that I read online that I needed.
Also with the commands do I just need to change the IP address to my TVs IP address
Many thanks

Hi Andy,
we are interested in knowing how the pairing works as well. About to setup a LG TV for a client so would be great to get some more info.
Look forward to hearing from you.
regards,
Balj.

I think this is how it would work. Not tried it yet as im offshore. You will need to do this thru the lg tv plus app for ios. When you first pair your phone with the tv a 6 digit is generated that you have to enter on your phone. I'm assuming this is where you get the pairing code from

Sorry Stik, I have not tried yet. But to setup Web OS on C4 you must enable Mobile TV ON, enable Quick Start+ And enable LG connect Apps. Oh and set a static IP of course. Then you just press a pairing request button and the TV will ask you to accept, no code required - but sorry I can not help you with the pairing request data, maybe ask DP support. If you want to lend me your 65" LG OLED i am sure i will figure it out!!
Failing that the 65B7V has an RS232 port 3.5mm jack on the rear but you need to put the tv into shop mode to wake from standby.
Please let us know how you get on.
T.

I know this is old but has any one figured this out, I can not. Says to change the code to your TV, have the code but don't see where he entered it into his code
