Post by Baljy74 » Thu Oct 17, 2013 10:59 am

Hi,

i urgently require Virgin V+ HD IR or IP cmds please. I am not sure if IP is available for this model.

Looked everywhere on remotecentral as well but no luck.

Thanks!

Try these - they are toggle codes, so you need to alternate the 'A' and 'B' versions of the codes, or send both...

Hello, I am trying to control my Virgin V+ HD box via IR. This is the box I have....
http://www.trustedreviews.com/news/Virg ... s-V-HD-Box
I am using the codes in the above post, If I send the A & B versions (for the same button), some times the command operates twice, sometimes once, some buttons are different, it seems to be random. If I take away the B version, then the command operates but then as soon as I press the button again it doesn't respond (the IT emitter does flash). If I wait about 20 seconds it will then start to operate again. Am I doing something wrong or do I have the wrong codes? Thank you

You need to alternate 'A' and 'B' codes. Have a flag called 'USECODEA' or something, and in your actions for the button:

1. Toggle the flag 'USECODEA'
2. Send the 'A' code, dependent on the 'USECODEA' flag being ON
3. Send the 'B' code, dependent on the 'USECODEA' flag being OFF

Either steps 1 & 2 will occur, or steps 1 & 3, and it will change each time you press a button (because each button toggles the flag). Use the same flag for each button in your remote control page.

Hi there,
Am finding myself in the same situation mentioned above.
Where and how would I create the action relating to toggling the commands?

Thanks
