Need to control 30x relays whats the best way?

Post by hobbsie » Tue Sep 22, 2020 9:40 pm

Hi All,
Bit of an issue my end been a long time since i have used Demopad but i have a job for my works shop counter that displayes light bulbs.
I need to work out the most cost effective and simplist way of turning on and off 30x lights.
I am thinking 2x 16CH relay units but then thinking maybe IR units so i can use a global cache IR unit however 2x 16CH IR units if i send the command for button 1 for example it will switch both relay 1's on both units.

Any ideas of guidence on another possible way it needs to be faily bullet proof and IR isnt the greatest.

Why not an IP controlled relay board.

I've seen them all the way up to 32 channel.

Cheers,
Peter
