Apple watch

Hi
Setup an Apple Watch just to use for my lights. Which would be awesome. Sometimes it works and then afew minutes later it doesn’t. Is this the Apple Watch or just not fully supported yet? Have it set up to control my ISY insteon light with “goto website”.
