Centro-8M not issuing any commands

Just thought I would post this here as I ran in to it the other day on site and had me flummoxed for a while. I had a Centro-8M working out of the box, running firmware 1.4.8, then updated it's firmware to (I think it was) 1.5.1 and the Centro-8M stopped sending out commands of any kind. After a good deal of noodling around (should have just contacted support) the System Information screen showed no License Key. Turns out the License Key is the serial number of the Centro-8M which is printed on it's label. Popped that in and it started working again. Might help somebody else...

The only thing which should make the license key vanish is a factory reset operation - a normal firmware update should not have done this. But yes, re-entering it from the serial number sticker on the unit would get it working again.
