UDP Broadcast Feedback - port selection

If using UDP to communicate with a device, you have the option of specifying not just the port to send data on, but also the port to listen on. In most cases, selecting a random port to listen is fine, but you may wish to specify the port, particularly if listening to broadcast UDP data.
