Anyone know if something can not control these products by demopad?
are Chinese products, which do not have many details.

Like anything that you buy direct from China, you would be taking a risk unless you have purchased from them in the past. Have you looked into Belkin Wemo, it is cheaper than the linked unit and has been integrated into Demopad with the bonus of picking it up locally.
