skyHD Cursor buttons

Hi,
Has anybody had this problem with SkyHD cursor buttons?
I have the correct codes, even learned the IR directly but whatever I do when I press the button it sends the code three four or sometimes five or six times. I've deleted the buttons and added new ones tried a different iTach Flex & different IR outputs. All the other codes appear to work perfectly. I've even tried another skyHD box and it does the same on that one.I've used the same codes loads of times with no problem. Can anyone help make sense of this madness please!!

Try updating the firmware on the Flex, we've had a report of this problem before - failing that, please contact Global Cache technical support. Please confirm via iTest that you are sending the command once, with no repeat value in the command.
