Hi all,

I am just about to setup my xbmc frodo page, I guess it will work - just not the feedback without a lot of complex configuration. I have contacted the guys over at Demopad who have replied as per usual in less than a few hours.. (I emailed at 4 in the morning). They said its on a long list to produce a sample project page with feedback for frodo and they have bumped it up the list and said we'll hopefully see something in the forums in the next few weeks.

Fingers crossed.

Cheers.
Simon

Hi, I was really pleased to see there's a new sample project for XBMC frodo :D however, I can't get it to work!? :? I have changed the xbmc device address to mine but no joy. Could it be that this address is 123.456.0.12; should the 0 be a 1? I recently changed router to a Netgear DGND3700v2 and I have problems accessing IP cameras remotely for this reason but despite trawling the internet I can't find how to assign addresses with a 1 instead of a 0.
Any thoughts would be most welcome :)

Re my last post, as usual it was "user error" :) For some reason I'd thought the XBMC gui would show on Demopad but as far as I know, you can only do a version of this by inserting your xbmc ip address for the webpage view. I still can't get artist, etc info to show though... :?

You should be able to use a standard gesture area within DemoPad & program in the swipe left, right, up down actions etc

hi is there any estimate on when 1.4.6 which will allow fanart and image integration with XBMC without requiring the demopad link - which on my system is unuseable due to slow speed of download.
