DemoPad CENTRO8 Reset

Hi, I just unbox a CENTRO8 processor, connected it to an HDMI port and the IP showed is 192.168.1.200. The thing is that the subnet where it is installed is 10.73.0.x and I can't change it. Well, I tried to set my IP address on the same subnet the processor is and a ping works just fine, but the demo designer can't get conneced to it. I guess it is not really a new processor and maybe it has a password already set. I don't know...

I can just think in factory reset, but manual don't have the information on how can I do it. Anyone can help me please?

Please contact support@demopad.com to have the processor reset
