In App Purchase for graphics pack

Hi, i've been using the demopad package for a while. I have the pro software by doing training, although i'm not 100% sure its activated. I've bought the in-app purchase to run graphics package 1 but still just get a mess of red and white on the screen. Any ideas what i need to do?

If you have bought the in app purchase for graphics on the device you are using, then you should not see red/white crosses when you restart the app. Are you sure you have 'reload images' turned on when downloading? Presume you don't see the crosses in the designer software?
