Gate Automation with iTach or Flex

Hi,

has anyone controlled any electric gates etc using iTach or Flex?

Wanted to get some more information with regards to the contact closure and what i need to discuss with the Gate Automation company in terms of what they offer for control via contact.

Any advice helpful.

Usually the gate control system has a volt free contact on the control board to open the gates - this can be connected to the relay output of an IP2CC - just ask the gate company if you can wire up a 'push button' with 2 wires which connect together when pushed...which is all an IP2CC will do.

Adding on to Demopads reply, add an IP Camera in there also and watch the gate open and close aswell within the DemoPad App on your iPhone.....it's great for when people/family/friends turn up and you aren't at home
