Media Portal support

Hi all
Im just starting my first Demopad project, going OK so far.
For my HTPC I am currently using a Media Portal back end ( and front end for that matter)
I was wondering if any people had successfully integrated this into their Demo Pad screens, I am thinking things like controlling the interface ( which I could probably achieve ) but also more complex features such cover flow for movies etc..
I have seen projects with XBMC integration, but was wondering if any work had been done with Media Portal ?
