Annual charge

So as it has been said, there's a single version of DemoDesigner with an annual charge. I was greeted to this yesterday when I updated the software. Two questions; what is the annual cost if you have the designer and five devices?; and how do you pay, there's no avenue to pay now if I wanted?

What is the annual charge? If you chose not to pay it can you still download the previous builder? I did not see any links to DL it.
