Hi,
Just wondered if anyone has this working? Mainly the volume slider. It had a look at the Yamaha example and didn't know where to start..
Thank You

OK
First thing you need to do is create a Master Volume Project Number.
Lets say you name the Project Number "Num_Master_Vol"
Set minimum to 0 and Maximum to 100, set default to whatever you want I use 20.
Create a custom action for the number with a minimum of 0 and a maximum of 100
add any Denon action for now we will change later.
Now setup a master vol command for the Denon i.e.
Denon_Main Vol the command data for it would be
MV[Num_Master_Vol]
Now setup a fedback to load the Num_Master_Vol project Number i.e FB_Master_Vol
Condition Type feedback matches pattern send data to a number
Data = MV([0-9a].)
select the Num_Master_Vol project number from drop down list.
Now change the dummy action in the Main_Vol Number to the master vol command you created.
Set your gauge to the Num_Master_Vol.
Now when you move your gauge the Denon Volume will change and the gauge will show the setting.
I suggest doing Volume query when you enter the page to set the gauge first.
Hope this helps.

Hi,
Thanks for that, I tried to get this setup however I got lost and couldn't get it to work. Not sure where I have gone wrong so can't really ask for more help. I set up the gauge and I believe the rest is correct. I'll investigate some more.
cheers

Re: Denon IP Amp 2 Way Feedback
Not sure if this could be the cause, but go into the Denon Web Interface (just type http:// ip address).
Then go to setup menu, then Audio and set scale to 0-98.
You need to be using the full json api not the http version of Denon control. (the published Denon api)
Other than that instructions should work.
