Screen Saver
Hi I have created a Screen-Saver on my home page, using Demopads Equalizer Graphics. Using Flags & Number Variable the whole set of graphics turn off/on at high speed, making it look like an equalizer. All works great... However.......... When my project starts, screen-savers starts, if I want to st...

Re: UPnP
Thanks Again
I have contacted Cyrus and asked them for example POST commands on how to play a song. Failing that i will just use Wireshark to capture the commands being sent from Cyrus IOS App, and see how it goes from there.
Cheers again, appreciated

Re: UPnP
Hi Trevor, thanks for trying to help.
The protocol for Cyrus is UPnP, It's my lack of understanding of UPnP that's the issue.....
Demopad
Thanks for advise, but my lack of knowledge on this doesn't really help!!

Re: UPnP
Cyrus Stream X2 (music Server) Cyrus emailed me this: Our system acts as a Media Renderer and Control Point. It is able to discover Media Servers on the network, interrogate them for their services, list the services and interact with them (Play, pause, etc.) We use all the protocols UPnP involves i...

Demopad Does Demopad support UPnP? Eg I have a device which acts as a UPnP Media Renderer and Control Point, (a music Streamer) I can connect a NAS or USB to the Music Streamer, If I created my own media player in Demopad, is there a way I can send a play command to a song say on the USB attached to...

Re: TCP connection issue
I use a slider also, iPad mini & works ok. Really strange!
What router you using?, do you have a different router to rule out that? I had to change my router because my standard BT route was causing issues when sending volume slider commands to my amp.

Re: TCP connection issue
CV27 Might be a silly question, but are you ensuring you are leaving the required delays between commands, reason I ask is, I had to change a few commands to the required delay, otherwise my amp would need resetting. Also if you use Roomie or likes, these apps maintain an active connecting, which re...

Re: TCP connection issue
Hi CV27
I have a Pioneer LX83, Maintain active ticked, I believe the lx83 uses the exact same protocols as your AV amp. Reading through your post, I have never experienced this before. I've had it running for over 15 months, all with feedback. I know this doesn't help, but thought I let you know.

Re: Updates available but no description
CV27 I'm not going to Agree or disagree with your comments, but I feel posting my experience is only right when you have posted yours. Since I purchased Demopad over 1 year ago now, I have found Demopad to be very supportive throughout that time. They have assisted me with over 20+ support requests ...

Aviosys 9100a Web server
Hi, need some help. I have setup Aviosys 9100a, create a Dynamic Label. Now my problem is the picture just flashes on & off, so I thought, it must be the refresh rate in DemoPad, but it wasn't. I went to setting on the Device by typing in the IP address on my PC, & it also shows a flashing image of ...

Re: direct IP ethernet Marantz
CR is carriage return, you don't need the CR in the command, just the text.
Wherever you see <CR> in the document, this is carriage return, hex 0D, so \x0D in our software (this would be a sensible default command suffix).
