Re: New feature requests
Gauges work nicely with dimming, also using a number variable with push and hold on buttons and you get amazing control from 0-100

Re: Upgrading to App 1.4.2
You may want to have a look again at the app store and the "updates". I have just upgraded ours and am about to add a swish sounding startup to our home UI without purchasing another "app"......

"Waiting/Busy Circle" Icons
A Big Thank You to Demopad for supplying us with a waiting/busy icon. Once you set the speed you like, it looks incredible. Great for adding in when you have an appliance that takes a little while to load  http://i238.photobucket.com/albums/ff207/Overkill33/Please-Wait-Icon-1_zps5ca652dd.pn...

Re: Help on Gesture Commands
You could also use flags and dynamically loaded images onto 4 transparent buttons and then use flags to control each button/swipe action. I have uploaded a quick file for you to look at and see how each button is set with only flags and each dynamically loading images. This way only takes about 5 mi...

Re: Keep Demopad Up When iPad Sleeps?
Open settings within your iPad, go to the Demopad App settings and enable (turn on) "multitasking" and "remember last page", you now have a solution to your problem

Re: Setting up a toggle switch
Thanks again Pal, I don't think this is what I was asking?, please forgive me if I am wrong. Basically I thought I could have one button that changed from the on graphic to the off graphic every time I pressed it I didn't want 2 icons/buttons on the canvas. You can. I have this setup and I got it w...

Re: heating control?
Is your boiler able to be controlled via RS232, IP or IR? There are great ways to add a controller into the mix, like a contact closure unit for toggling power on and off via a relay into your HV line controlling the power to the unit, this would depend on how your boiler works though

Re: Setting up a toggle switch
You could start by setting up a couple of flags inside a folder called "Lighting" for your lighting toggle control, one being "lights on" and one being "lights off". You would then assign the orange lighting icon to "lights on" and the grey icon to "lights off". You would then set the commands like ...

Re: IR Questions for DemoPad
I'm still working on the programming and I ended up just learning the commands from my original remotes, it was pretty simple. The ilearn software from Global Cache makes it pretty easy. I will try the descrete on and off and let you know if it works on my TV, it would be much better than having to...
