Re: How to get a Pronto ccf file into a dc1 or db format ?
You should be able to export your 'My Database' codes from ProntoEdit, which will save the whole database to a .db file extension. Place that file in your \Databases folder, wherever you installed the DemoPad software, then it should show up in the pre-defined command screen, where you can select a ...

Re: Mac OS Design Software
Possibly, but not in the 'near' future. The reason we went with Windows for the designer software was to reach the maximum number of Av Professionals out there - the vast majority have to use windows because of other software specific to the AV industry which is only available on that platform. I do...

Creating a GET Command from a URL.
Often it is better to use GET commands instead of sending a URL command directly to a website. GET commands differ from normal URL's in that they do not have to wait for a reply from the website in order to be completed this means that the DemoPad app will not stop working while the command is waiti...

When the software is installed, a set of graphics are installed on the target PC, by default to your Documents\DemoPad Resources\Images folder. Usng the 'Send Data To A Website' action
It is possible for the DemoControlHD app to send data to a web server. This can be used to accomplish various tasks, depending on the web server, and essentially sends a GET request to the server (as if you typed the address in a web browser and pressed 'Go'). To send data to a server, add an action...

Devices and Commands
A device in DemoPad is something with an IP address and a port, for example an AV Receiver controlled over IP, or an IR gateway. You might use an IR gateway to control 3 pieces of equipment via Infra-Red (for example a TV, Blu-Ray player and Sat box), but this is still 1 device in the software, not ...
