Re: IPad Air in my project, the pages are much to big

If you are using more than one device to transmit commands and you are not using one of the Centro products then yes you will need to purchase the in-app purchase. To be clear, the in app purchase applies if you are not using a Centro, and have more than one target device for your IP commands, eg a...

You should use 768x1024 resolution for any iPad. To make use of the retina display, use the 50% scaling option for images in the designer software, eg using our Pro Set Retina graphics. The images are not altered when sent to the iPad, so retina devices will display them at full resolution.

Re: Sending Commands - Need Help

You cannot test buttons, but you can test commands - via pre-defined commands, 'Test Command' option. A response 'command sent' means the IP address/port was correct & the command could be sent (it might not necessarily be the correct command though), 'Command Failed' means the connection could not ...

Re: Sending Commands - Need Help

Global Cache units only understand GC "sendir" commands. iRule must convert them if you were entering pronto codes there, but it may have added a repeat to the code (the number after the 40000 frequency value) Does the IR LED flash on the GC unit when you test the command? When you test the command,...

Re: Pro Software

The pro software has shortcuts to make life easier when designing lots of projects, eg: Ability to save your own devices, subpages, and building blocks for use in other projects, including the use of command Auto-Assign to quickly program buttons with commands, rather than having to drag commands on...

Re: Button with Text after pressed, stays Highlighted

No, but if you had a flag set, and it was not being turned off, then the highlight image would remain. We'd need to see your project to investigate, normally having just 'highlight whilst pressed' only shows the highlight image while your finger is on the button, and should go back to normal when it...
