Re: Display volume as number

Have a look at viewtopic.php?f=10&t=3581

To set a number value retrieved from feedback into a label, have an action which sets the label to the number in curly braces, eg:

{MyVolume}

Re: iPad page scrolling

In the 'Free Graphics Set' folder, 'Buttons' there is a transparent png file. It is small, but you can resize, and you won't actually see it on the UI.

Changed ON command to PWON\x0D. Set it to port 23 and tested ok. No error, but receiver doesn’t come on. Uploaded it to iPad and still didn’t come on.
I assume you mean the command was PWON and the device command suffix was \x0D ?

Re: Denon IP not working

Instead of a power command, try a volume command with the amp turned on already. If a command doesn't work via 'Test Command', then it is highly unlikely it will work via the app. The command for volume up should be MVUP with a default command suffix of \x0D Try the command multiple times, because i...

Re: Denon IP not working

Denon uses port 23 by default, but you can check this with the 'Test Command' button - if it says 'command sent' then the port is open. 'Command failed' means it couldn't even establish the connection to send the command. Have just \x0D as the device default command suffix (which is a carriage retur...

Re: Two lines of text in a rectangular button

You can only have 1 line of text on the iOS app using a button I'm afraid, designer software incorrectly wraps. You can use a text label though, placed on top of the button.

Re: iPad page scrolling

It works exactly the same way on a button press yes.

And yes - the large transparent button must be 'behind' the other buttons, but you can do that with the 'send to back' option on the leftmost menu. Or you can just have a smaller defined area not covered by other buttons on which to swipe.

Re: iPad page scrolling

If the subpage was the same size as the main page, you can scroll entire pages if you want.... Gesture swipe with a transparent button on your main page sounds like your best bet - to do page jumps. Delays are not cumulative, so I assume your delays are: 0.3 send command 0.6 send command 0.9 send co...

Re: iPad page scrolling

Any subpage can scroll - by making the scrollable height/width smaller than the total height/width.

Please see http://designer.docs.demopad.com/pages/subpages/

Alternatively, you could use a gesture action (swipe left/right etc) to set flags which show different subpages

Q1: click on a button, go to gesture actions - press and hold, those actions can repeat. Q2: use a flag, and the reveal menu Q3: yes, using the 'set brightness' action type, and the 'disable auto lock' action type. Q4: by typing the name of the iOS font in the drop down list in Designer - if the fon...

For this, if you get rid of the background image you can see through the button transparency, and put the background image back later.

Re: IPad Air in my project, the pages are much to big

If you are using more than one device to transmit commands and you are not using one of the Centro products then yes you will need to purchase the in-app purchase. To be clear, the in app purchase applies if you are not using a Centro, and have more than one target device for your IP commands, eg a...
