Re: Button with Text after pressed, stays Highlighted

No, but if you had a flag set, and it was not being turned off, then the highlight image would remain. We'd need to see your project to investigate, normally having just 'highlight whilst pressed' only shows the highlight image while your finger is on the button, and should go back to normal when i...

Do you have a flag associated with the highlight image?
I do not, and based on this question, I should have a flag associated it to set the button to off at some point during the button process. Correct?

Button with Text after pressed, stays Highlighted

Hello, I have a transparent button with words on it. I have the Highlight whilst pressed checked along with the disable greyout and the color is set to a different color then what the text is. I have these buttons on a subpage that comes in from the left and if the command calls for a jump to anothe...

I am assuming you can have a single button with say four different gestures correct? Swipe L/R/U/D for example?
Correct - each gesture type has its own independent action list
Great!!!!

Thank you

Re: iPad Gestures - inlew of switching to their remote?

Any button can have gesture actions - go to the gesture actions menu & choose the actions to perform when the button is swiped left, right etc. The effect with the trailing lights is done with image sets which are usually hidden, but revealed when flags are set, to give the effect of moving lights....

Re: iPad Gestures - inlew of switching to their remote?

I’ll look when I get home, but I think it’s under the free graphic set, it may even be called gesture. That’s where I think I saw it. When you swipe, it has a trailing light that fades out as you swipe across. I found the graphics, but there is nothing attached to them. Just the graphics themselves...

Re: iPAD Gestures - inlew of switching to their remote?

Sticking with IP or RS232 control then, sounds like it is possible to use the gesture pad in the designer to do this? For cursor movement or volume/channel selections, it looks like this will work. The cursor pad in the demo on the iPhone looks great while sliding your thumb over it. It seems that ...

Re: Sending Commands - Need Help

Yes, found that Sony must want the command sent more than once. I tried 2 and 3 in place of the 1 and both worked. I’ll have to be aware of that with all the commands. If you look at the graphic that is attached in this thread, you can see which module and then which location within that module if ...

Re: Sending Commands - Need Help

I did have to change out some of the module and port number setting for the commands based on where the IR sensor was residing. I actually had to go into the GC database and pull from a couple different VSX. I pulled from the VSX Essential Commands Only along with the SX Series. I was able to get al...

Re: Feedback via IR or RS232

Hello, Is it possible to get feedback via IR or is this something that is regulated via a RS232 connection? I am looking to add something for the volume/guage so I can see what the actual volume is currently on etc. Is this possible? I am using a VSX-03THX receiver that doesn't have an IP port. :cr...

Re: Holding down button doesn't move the volume up or down

With the press/hold gesture type, you have the option to repeat actions - this means 'repeat whilst the button is being pressed' - typically 0.5 seconds is fine for IR commands, but you can have a play with the frequency. Screen Shot 2018-01-23 at 20.36.02.png I knew I was missing something. Doh! T...
